Subsidy Contracts for the Community Funding were signed between the Managing Authority and the representatives of Lead Beneficiaries of the following projects: Mura WWTP (LB: Međimurske Vode, Čakovec), DRAVIS 2 (LB: Somogy Megyei Katasztrófavédelmi Igazgatóság (SMKVI), Kaposvár) and In the Wake of Zrínyi (LB: Zrínyi Miklós Általános Művelődési Központ, Murakeresztúr).

The ceremony was, however, not just an official acknowledgment of the projects' funding by the Programme, but an opportunity for the projects financed within the Programme to be presented to a wider public.

Next to the three projects already mentioned, additionally two more projects were presented at the event: RTPP HU-HR (Regional tourism product plan – LB: Pannon Egyetem, Nagykanizsa) and Expert Academy (LB: Dél-Dunántúli Regionális Munkaügyi Központ, Pécs), for which the contracts had been signed earlier.

The importance of the funded projects for the whole region, and for both participating countries was accentuated by the presence of a number of the two countries' high officials: Ms Silvija Malnar, First secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in the Republic of Hungary, Mr Péter Závoczky, Economic Councillor in the Embassy of the Republic of Hungary in the Republic of Croatia and Ms Ljiljana Pancirov, Consul General, Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in the Republic of Hungary, Pécs.

The programme included a performance by the Hungarian music group VIZIN from Pécs who allowed the participants a glance into their repertoire, mainly performing Croatian traditional folk music they preserved in Hungary.
