Still to Come...
The Programme currently being in the high point of its lifecycle, with implementing projects from the First Call and lending a hand in the development of projects and partnerships for the Second Call for Proposals, is about to face many new challenges.
With the projects funded within the First Call coming into full implementation, the first project reports on their way and new projects being developed for the Second Call – an action-filled period is awaiting the Programme. In order to be able to face the many new activities ahead, the Programme continuously works at expanding its human and technical resources.
With the expecting rise in the workload - the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management according to its announcement will be employing additional resources to facilitate the work of the Control Body.
A new Financial and Office Manager of the Joint Technical Secretariat is also being employed to be a further help in the every-day operation of the Programme. S/he is expected to be actively involved in the Programme implementation, with special attention paid to the financial management of project implementation. A detailed description of the position as well as all the details on applying can be found in the Vacancy Announcement.
The reinforcement in human resources is paralelled by the further development in technical terms. The IMIS system is fully operational and supporting the implementation of the projects as well as that of the Programme, and the Programme Web site is continuously being updated with new content and with new features, some of which will be available in the very near future.
