Management structure
The following structures have been set up for the management of the Programme:

| Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) | set up within Váti Nonprofit Kft, Hungary |
| Information Point | contracted by the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management, Croatia |
| Control Bodies |
Váti Nonprofit Kft (Budapest, Pécs, Zalaegerszeg), Hungary designated by the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management, Croatia |
Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Croatia, as the National Authority, supports Managing Authority in the co-ordination of programme relevant activities in Croatia.
Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) supervises and monitors the programme implementation and is the decision-making body related to the project selection under the respective Call for Proposals.
