Submission technicalities

1. What is the structure of the list of documents to be submitted like?

   The list under Chapter 4.2.1.1 of the Guidelines starts with the Basic documents section, these have to be submitted both for the Hungarian and the Croatian side. The documents contained in the following two sections (Documents relevant only in Hungary, Documents relevant only in Croatia) are only relevant either in Hungary or in Croatia and thus have to be submitted only on the side which is concerned. The following section (Supporting documents in case of projects with works components) is connected to projects with works components: when relevant, these documents have to be attached on the Hungarian as well as on the Croatian side. Finally, document No. 32 on the list has only to be submitted in case of a works component to be implemented in Croatia.
