Subject of the Cfps

1. How many Actions can one project target?

   One project proposal can only target one Action. (For the list of Actions please refer to Table 1 and 2 of the Guidelines. The content of the individual Actions is detailed in the tables under Chapter 3.2 of the Guidelines, furthermore in Chaptr 4 of the Handbook.) When filling in the AF, the Excel will also let only one Action be selected. Please note that you will have to be in line with the indicative list of eligible activities contained in the description of the Action which your project proposal is targeting.

2. Is it limited how many project proposals an organisation can participate in?

   One organisation can participate in as many projects under the present Call for Proposals as it decides to. The same organisation can be a Project Partner in several project partnerships, and it can be a Lead Beneficiary in one partnership and a Project Partner in another. It is also possible for the same partnership to submit more than one project proposal, even to the same Action. Nevertheless, attention has to be paid to the issue of own contribution: If all project get selected for a subsidy, it is obligatory to provide the corresponding own contributions to all of them. And of course the give organisation has to have the professional and financial capacity to implement all the projects (if relevant), including the capability to pre-finance all of the organisation\'s project parts in the different projects.

3. Can a project be of bigger size by requesting the (Action-dependant) maximum amount of subsidy from Community funding and by financing the additional amount from own resources, thus decreasing the intensity in percentage of the subsidy to the project?

   Table 2 of the Guidelines (Community funding, sizes of subsidy, duration of projects and selection procedures per Actions) contains for every Action the minimum and maximum size of the subsidy from Community funding. Project sizes on the other hand are not limited with a maximum mark - it is only regulated that one project cannot receive more subsidy from Community funding than indicated in the table. Project Partners can create projects which are bigger in size but the additional resources have to be provided entirely by them.
