1. What does the term 'result' mean in the AF related to the financial capacity of the Project Partners? Where can these data be found: in the annual report or in the balance? How does the term have to be interpreted in case of organisations of the state budget?

   As a part of the annual report, the profit and loss account contains the data of the financial result (profit or loss figure) which is needed to be written into the relevant cells of the AF. According to the accounting documents of organisations of the state budget, this result might not exist - therefore \'0\' should be written here - because of the operation or regulations on operation (e.g. if the activities of a given organisation must not result in profit).

2. What is to be done if the places available on AF Sheet 15 regarding the locations of works are not enough, due to the large number of sites to be involved?

   It is important to list all the related topographical (lotT) numbers on AF Sheet 15 since the formal, eligibility and quality assessment of the project proposal - as well as the completion procedure - will be done based on this information. In case a lot number is not listed the JTS will not know that documents concerning a scene of the works are missing, and therefore would not be able to ask for the completion of the missing documents. In case all information concerning the relavant lot numbers cannot be included in one row, please use the remaining rows - altogether eight - to provide all the necessary information. Shortened descriptions of the lot numbers are also possible in case the understanding of the description is clear and if it does not result in loss of information. (E.g. in case all lot numers are concerning the same settlement, it is enough to write the name of the settlement only once, or in case all lot numbers are affected by the operation betwwen 641 and 720, then write it this way, without mentioning all piece by piece.)

3. In the budget sheets of the AF, do employees have to be included by name on sub-budget lines 2.1 and 2.2, or is it enough to indicate positions, without concrete names?

    In general, if you already know which colleagues to involve as internal project management personnel or as staff members, you are encouraged to indicate them by name. If you are not yet sure whom to designate for a given task, it is acceptable to indicate only the position to be fulfilled. This option is of course also viable if you plan to hire a person for a given position and you do not yet know the name of the person.
