Approved Subsidy Contract and Partnership Agreement
Model Subsidy Contract, approved by the Managing Authority on 26 February 2010 and Partnership Agreement, approved by the Managing Authority on 26 November 2009, you can download here.
Please note that Subsidy contract is the document that will be signed between Managing Authority and Lead Beneficiaries. Partnership Agreement has to be signed between all the partners in one project, including the Lead Beneficiary.
